We need g+w permission on /org/www.debian.org directory before anyone save
treacy can write to it :/
Besides that, we need wml from unstable installed.
BTW after k.d.o is set up, when you make www.d.o point to it, don't change
the lists.d.o CNAME -- it seems it would be better for the archives to stay
on master.
