Severity: wishlist

I am the maintainer of an unofficial key signing coordination page to
help those in the NM process getting their keys signed:

  http://oink.cc.ntu.edu.tw/~cklin/signing/

Though I have already made an announcement on debian-devel, I would
also like to have the page linked from the "New Maintainers' Corner"
so that those who need to have their keys signed can find the page
with relative ease.
