Apache can get confused sometimes with mime types when using content
negotiation. For that reason, we should use different basenames for
files.
In this case the file 19981027.jpg exists. Under circumstances I am
not sure of, it can get served instead of 19981027.*.html when
requesting "19981027". I changed the name to 19981027i.jpg which
should fix the problem.
