According to lynx, mozilla and "host www.nl.debian.org" the host
www.nl.debian.org does not appear to exist, yet there is a link to it
on www.debian.org/bugs

We found and fixed the problem: the problem was that va changed its
IP address, but nobody apparently told the people running nameservers
for the various delegated parts of the debian.org namespace. As a
result va.debian.org was no longer allowed to transfer zone data
from ns.cistron.nl and thus could no longer lookup entries in
nl.debian.org . The configuration of ns.cistron.nl has just been
updated, so for nl.debian.org this problem should resovle itself
quickly.

Can someome from debian-admin contact all the other people who might
be interested in this IP change to prevent further problems?

Wichert.
