The copyright file and Debian changelog links at the bottom of the page in
many (all?) package description pages are broken.
See for example
<http://www.debian.org/Packages/unstable/graphics/gimp1.1.html>; click on
Debian chagelog at the bottom (which is
<http://cgi.debian.org/cgi-bin/get-changelog?package=gimp1.1>) and it comes
back with a page saying simply "No such changelog gimp1.1"
I am using Netscape Communicator 4.7 on various platforms (Debian GNU/Linux
Alpha, MacOS 8.6, Windows NT 4.0), though I can't see that it matters.
