Out-of-date mirrors
I think one of the requeriments (sp?) to be an official
(www.<country>.debian.org) Debian www mirror should be to have up-to-date
pages. It's OK that the pages might be a few days (even a week) out of date,
but a mirror last updated in September (www.br.debian.org/debian.usp.br --
check the BTS timestamp page and the list archives index) is not a good thing.
Inserting a hidden timestamp page and using a script to check if the mirrors
are at most 8 days out of date (and not letting out-of-date mirrors be listed
as official, much less having a .debian.org DNS alias) would do the trick.
