This is a very nice and huge offer :-)
I want to add some information, that was given by
Clifford Wolf on LinuxTag 2004 in Karlsruhe (Germany).
He presented SubMaster: a tool, that was developed
as a supplement for SubVersion to get a better
infrastructure for development on the bazaar.

They want to fulfil the following requirements:
- Everyone must have the possibility to send
contributions
- There must be no way for contributions to be
lost or ignored
- Creating and sending contributions must be as
easy as possible
Instead of sending eMails to the *commiter*,
who then feeds the central repository,
one uploads contributions to the SubMaster-Server,
via SubMaster client (command line tool) or
directly via *normal* SVN commands.
The SubMaster Server acts as a staging platform to
collect all contributions. It has a rating system
included. It's a cgi-based web application written in
plain perl.
I haven't worked with SubMaster since now,
so I can not say, wether it's simple enough to
get used by everyone.
But I would like to test it.
Is it possible to use both tools (SVN and SM)
on your server? Are you interested in doing so?
