I don't know if this is an accepted practice, but IMHO if there is some
consensus on the list about this the bug could be filed with
debian-woman@lists.debian.org as submitter. This would indicate that
it's not only offending one single woman but a major part of the
debian-woman community.

P.S.: One example (german) of a unix-geek orientated association that
has it's bylaws in the women-only form can be found at
http://www.trash.net/verein/statuten.shtml. This change was proposed by
a man and decided mostly by men.
