I don't know if this is an accepted practice, but IMHO if there is some consensus on the list about this the bug could be filed with debian-woman@lists.debian.org as submitter. This would indicate that it's not only offending one single woman but a major part of the debian-woman community. This change was proposed by a man and decided mostly by men. >
