It sounds as if this submission script would be used for the Debian-Women
website?

I'm not sure this is a very good idea. I've had the most unfortunate task in
the past of submitting websites to search engines and optimizing them to be
found in search engines (something I never want to do again). Once this
email address and a submission script are found, you'll get a lot of
submissions that may or may not have anything to do with Debian Women,
Debian or even computers in general.

Personally, I think links should be at the very least verified (to ensure no
typos, expired links, etc.) by hand and to check for content to ensure this
is something we *want* displayed on the site before they're added to a links
page.
