Description : Fandol fonts designed for Chinese typesetting

Fandol fonts are free Chinese fonts licensed under GPLv3 (with fonts
exception). It intends to provide good libre fonts for Chinese typesetting.

Current version contains four font styles: Song (serif), Hei (sans), Kai
(cursive) and Fang. All those fonts are OpenType fonts.

Those fonts are originally distributed aloneside TeX Live suite. Now I intend
to package them separately so that system fontconfig may load them as well.
Duplication is unavoidable, so some discussions with TeX maintainers would be
necessary after this package enters Debian (just like what happened with
fonts-arphic-*).

I intend to co-maintain this package inside Debian Fonts team
(pkg-fonts-devel).

Given current upstream position, I believe it is no longer appropriate to
pursue package inclusion in Debian. I am closing this bug accordingly.

Thanks,
