FYI, upstream seems to have abandoned qsyncthingtray:https://forum.syncthing.net/t/adopting-qsyncthingtray/13844/2

Meanwhile, syncthingtray is still going strong, but is not packaged forDebian: https://bugs.debian.org/884575
