This is a python wrapper for the cloudflare API which is needed as a dependency for the Certbot cloudflare DNS plugin.
Packaging this will allow the Certbot Cloudflare plugin to be packaged. 
This is notable because DNS authentication is the only method in the ACME v2 spec that allows for the issuance of wildcard certificates - a much sought after feature.
