Bug#757768: ITP: libjitsi -- advanced Java media library



The debian folder is here:
https://github.com/jitsi/libjitsi/tree/master/resources/install, but
everything is build using the ant in the main folder. Some of the docs
maybe outdated due to the changes I've described previously.
