Bug#757768: ITP: libjitsi -- advanced Java media library

We always tried to keep all the packaging in one place, the code of
the project. You can find everything in
https://github.com/jitsi/libjitsi. The problem for rejection was the
api used in jsip and its license, I know Ingo and Daniel Pocock had
done some work in that direction, but nothing is finished. Also there
were a lot of changes since the last submission, like license changed
from lgpl to apache, and there were few libraries that we created from
libjitsi code (the lgpl dependencies) and some new were added. Also
the project was mavenized. A lot of changes, which suppose a lot of
work.
