Couldn't agree more. I also own a JTAGICE3, so we share the same
motivation to upgrade...

Sure, if it's no problem for you, go ahead. (The patches aren't as large
as I remember them...)

I've pushed my queued 2.13 work to branch ckk-2.13. There are only minor
changes -- a couple of refreshed patches, and copyright updates.
