Quassel is a modern, cross-platform, distributed IRC client, meaning
that one or more clients can attach to and detach from the central core. 

This plugin for irssi that supports connecting to a Quassel Core. 
It synchronising all networks on the remote server as well as backlog.

Using the plugin requires having an instance of quassel-core
running on a remote or local server.
