Nitpick, but winetricks is LGPL (same as Wine).

Winetricks can do some things without external help (change the
emulated windows version, change graphics settings, etc.), but the
vast majority of its uses requires downloading things from outside of
Debian, typically with a potentially non-DFSG license (Microsoft
redistributable dlls being one of the most common).

Actually, we're looking at making the release schedule match Wine's
(every other Friday), to make it easier to package. That said, it's
not a huge deal at the moment, since Debian hasn't updated Wine in
ages (still waiting on mingw64 to build wine-gecko, last I checked,
but I'm not intimately familiar with the situation).
