I actually *prefer* to have it that way!!! I often get stuck in 
all terminals hanging due to some heavy IO on my svn repositories,
and that is due to the linked processes.

So for me this is not a quality criteria (in the negative sense).

So do you (ITP owner) plan to upload a package sooner or later
or should one of us take that over?
