The simpleticket system can use to assign tickets to incoming queries, 
thereby greatly facilitating the handling of support requests and other
customer related traffic.

The simpleticket system does much more than just dealing with tickets, 
and maintains a history for each ticket that shows what happened to the 
ticket within its life cycle. 

The simpleticket system enables virtually an unlimited number of agents to
work simultaneously on the tickets, and the system is capable of 
handling thousands of tickets per day.
