Bug#461087: python-babel: package name conflict?

Weird. I wasn't aware of an existing python-babel. And I'm especially 
suprised that the FTP masters didn't see the conflict either.

Agreed. I'll rename my package right away and talk to the release team.

Try "my" python-babel. Perhaps you prefer it over the SIDL. :) Nah, just 
kidding.
