Bug#473125: JS packages

hi Steve,
I observed that there are several packages using the prototype[0]
scriptaculous[1], jQuery[2][3], MochiKit[4] and jsCropperUI[5] libs;
Then I decided to create these packages to keep a single copy of them
in debian repository.

Talking with Daniel Baumann <daniel@debian.org> [6], we decided to create
a "policy draft" for JS packages. (I suggest you read)

I have a great interest in maintaning these packages, how can we work together?
