We'll contact Teosto and see which license would be okay with them. Tommi
had the objection that the Artistic License is a bit too software-centric,
altough I don't know if there are any well known licenses written
specifically for music.

We agreed that the tutorial can also be included with the other data files
as GPL. I doubt anyone will regard it as a song by itself.
