I have no idea, but I think so.  Afaik, this is only for one of the
languages that are supported, and could probably be removed without
much problems.  In any case, it would be a good idea to
do a full audit of the licenses before uploading.

I did see that, and I have no idea if it works with anything in main or
not.  Maybe it has to go to contrib on non-free for now.
