It was. Why was Matej asking the owner of the ITA to upload iproute?

Why didn't you stop Matej from asking for an upload to adopt it?

I don't have a problem with that. However, I'll fix the RC bugs of the
current version and later Alexander Wirt uploads the new version under
his name.
