Sorry for the delay (this took a while to have all the members agreement).

We are very anxious to see PvPGN in Debian. I will answer your questions 
bellow.

We will release our files to sourceforge.net/projects/pvpgn starting with 
the upcoming 1.6.0beta release. So they will be as public as it gets :)

Until that will happen you might check the URL I given you earlier with 
some already maintained .deb files.
