Yep. Easy maintenance, but as I said in the O: I would like that the person 
that takes this over took starplot, and spacechart too (openuniverse is 
also in the "bag" even if it's not O: yet)

However, Aaron Bloomfield <aaronb@cis.upenn.edu> offered first to do so 
a while back (January 14th) I'm ccing him so you both talk it out.

Yep, there should be some more pro-active work in that area in order to 
avoid bloateness and to detect packages that are using non-DFSG free data, 
I've filed some bugs related to this, like #225002 or #174456.
