"set of tools to turn off SCSI disks when idle"

s/This package/scsi-idle/

kernel-patch-scsi-idle should probably be in Suggests or Recommends
(What would happen if the disk wasn't spun up?)

The last sentence should probably be worded differently, too:
"The kernel-patch-scsi-idle package is required to spin up SCSI disks
when they are accessed."

Decapitalise "Kernel".

Both this description and above seem spare, but I'm not sure if this can
be helped.

Is this not representable in our kernel patch heirarchy + debian package
relationships?
