Bug#187566: ITP: digikam -- a gphoto2 frontend for KDE 3

Hi Ralf (and interested parties),

 I see that your ITP for digikam has been sitting for over 6 months now.  
I have put together a policy-compliant package which is ready to go 
(v0.5.1).  I have made it available on my webpage[1].  If nobody 
objects, I will upload it to the archive sometime next week.
