Hm, I don't understand. Isn't -4 the first upload to Debian?

Yeah, well. That's what I mean. Better do a package for all Spanish
speakers than specialize it for Spain. It's the same problem as with the
new Argentinian GNU translation team that we should try to avoid. I
don't see any sense in doing an es_ES package if both Mexicans and
Spanish users can use the translation.
