This isn't a bug in wine, it's a consequence of the fact that unstable currently has different versions of libgnutls30 on i386 and amd64 as the most recent upload failed to build on amd64. There's nothing the wine maintainers can do about this and the situation will automatically resolve itself once the libgnutls30 build failure is fixed. (As a side note, this sort of thing will happen in unstable.)
