Debian GNU/w32 is by now means usable yet, it's just an extended cygwin
system with dpkg support and basic system support from upstream files. But
it's enough to start building packages.

If you want to help, see http://debian-cygwin.sf.net/ for installation
instructions.

At this time Mark Paulus is heavily working on a complete debianised
base_system,
you'll have to wait untill we can work altogether.
