please give back exadrums in experimental on armel mips mipsel m68k powerpc powerpcspe sh4

Hello,

Exadrums and libexadrums are two distinct source packages (despite
similar version numbers for now).  As the names suggest, the former
links with the latter. It is the only consumer for now.
Both are in experimental because they have been introduced during the freeze.

There was a bug in libexadrums_0.3.0-1
(#927229 requires libatomic on some architectures)
that caused exadrums to FTBFS
on armel mips mipsel m68k powerpc powerpcspe sh4.

This has been fixed in libexadrums 0.3.0-2.

Please give back exadrums in experimental once the fixed libexadrums
is available on armel mips mipsel m68k powerpc powerpcspe sh4.

As far as I understand, there is no need for a Non-Maintainer Upload,
and a give-back is implied by the dep-wait.
