Except that nothing is pulling ruby-redis-rack from experimental.
Probably some package (ruby-redis-store?) is missing a versioned
dependency. Check the build log:

Probably your chroot is misconfigured, or anyway configured differently
from the buildds, where they prefer unstable packages over anything else
unless a versioned dependency "forces" an experimental version.
