So there are 2 things that need to happen:
- You need to get the role in the database.
- You need to get a password so that
  you can connect to service=wanna-build-privileged
- You need to get permissions to access the security suites in

I can only do the latest, and DSA needs to do the first two.  I'm
guessing I should open an RT ticket for that, but I'm not sure
