I think you missed the part about not doing this as a user.  That
would mean that either:
- You provide the code and we set it up to run as wbadm
- We need a special user / group for people doing web stuff,
  get you added to that group you set things up
- Some other option?

I'm currently more in favour of the 2nd option, but maybe someone
else has better ideas?
