Please, give back getfem++ on mips

Dear wb-team,

please, give back getfem++ 4.2+dfsg1-1 on mips. It failed with the
message "Build killed with signal TERM after 301 minutes of inactivity",
but built successfully in the past in experimental branch:

gb getfem++_4.2+dfsg1-1 . mips
