Dear wb team,

fcitx-sunpinyin_0.4.0-1 was FTBFS on all !x86 architectures, but it
appears to be built correctly on Ubuntu (armhf and powerpc), thus I
think it worth trying again.

  gb fcitx-sunpinyin_0.4.0-1 . armel armhf ia64 mips mipsel powerpc
s390 s390x sparc
