Please gb libxml2 on several architectures

Hi,

I've uploaded a libxml2 2.7.8.dfsg-8 today and it builds fine in my
up-to-date sid amd64 pbuilder chroot, but it fails weirdly on a long
list of archs:
armel armhf i386 kfreebsd-amd64 kfreebsd-i386 mipsel powerpc s390 s390x

The change is rather small, and looking at the fail log it seems to be
unrelated:

I tried to build the package in an up-to-date sid i386 pbuilder chroot
and it succeeded, so I suspect it's a temporary problem.

kfreebsd-i386 mipsel powerpc s390 s390x
