The `procedure' is mailing kfreebsd-i386@buildd.debian.org,
kfreebsd-amd64@buildd.debian.org asking them to update the chroot and
give tcc back afterwards. Don't do that this time though as I'm the one
reading these emails. Will take care of tcc.
