Dep-wait for tcc against kfreebsd-source-9.0 (>= 0.82)

Greetings Wanna Build team,

dw tcc_0.9.26~git20120612.ad5f375-4 . kfreebsd-i386 kfreebsd-amd64  . -m 'kfreebsd-source-9.0 (>= 0.82)'

KfreeBSD headers "recently" changed in a way preventing tcc (the tiny C
compiler) from compiling code because of a gcc specific type being used in the
headers (See #677417 [1]). Hence, its testsuite fails and the package doesn't
build on kfreebsd-any. This has been fixed in version 0.82 by Robert Millan
and tcc's testsuite should thus now be able to build fine whenever this
version gets installed on the corresponding buildd. Could you please install
the dep-wait as described above so that tcc will try to build again when the
changed is deployed?
