I don't know why but it seems a non-binNMU build was dispatched and rejected on
ftp-master for already being known to dak.  (Given that there is +b1 in
unstable already.)

So that merge above went horribly wrong.  Sadly I don't have time to
investigate more.  If you need a binNMU, you should schedule one.  Otherwise
that's an entry that should probably be passed to --forget.
