I used,
$quinn-diff/src/quinn-diff -a Packages-arch-specific -p Packages-amd64 -s Sources

The Packages and Sources files are current files grabbed from the Debian archive
for Debian sid main. The Packages-arch-specific was grabbed from
https://buildd.debian.org/quinn-diff/Packages-arch-specific.

This is from a local build, build using './configure && make CFLAGS="-g -O0"'.

Note, that current quinn-diff in Debian sid does not segfault with the same
arguments.
