The buildd log of debian-31 (s390) indicates that it built seaview_1:4.0-1,
which is non-free.

https://buildd.debian.org/fetch.cgi?pkg=seaview;ver=1%3A4.0-1;arch=s390;stamp=1244976091
Automatic build of seaview_1:4.0-1 on debian-31.osdl.marist.edu by sbuild/s390 98

According to buildd.net, this is not the s390 non-free autobuilder.

Cheers,
