I'm sorry, this thread has somewhat deviated from the "people problem"
that you originally raised. My point was that it would be useless to
patch apt to add parental control and it would be also useless to
develop another technical framework that would essentially duplicate
what is already there.

I wish you success with your problem, although it doesn't seem it's
happening, and there's little I can do about that.
