Hi, I guess the idea is that (a) new member(s) will "bring along"/"make happen" the structures & procedures which seem to be missing... Which is not totally far out - at least if this is communicated to the new member(s) ;-) More people alone won't change anything. But wasn't that clear from the beginning? regards, Holger
