Indeed, the question could have been something like "why did you vote
the way you did...?", but I thought it could be clearer if any candidate
wishing to answer started by reminding us how he voted and then
explained why...
However, if someone considers it more convenient, this is how the
candidates voted (it seems that Gustavo Franco and Aigars Mahinovs
did not vote):
Tally Sheet for the votes cast.
The format is:
"V: vote Login Name"
The vote block represents the ranking given to each of the
candidates by the voter.
