No I said that in the particular case of the SoC, it's not really up to
the DPL to run behind all the mentors so that we get a report. Such a
report would certainly be appreciated, and it would have probably been
done if someone could simply grab the reports of each individual mentor.

However those internal reports never happened, and I won't blame Steve for
that.

Handling the SoC is typically something that can be easily delegated.
Blame the delegate for their less-than-perfect work, don't blame the I2C
for having expected reports that never came.
