Not as such. I think it would be more productive to work with either
Dell or one or more of their resellers that already specialise in
servers (hopefully, Debian Linux servers) and ensure that they know the
best ways of contributing their bug reports or patches to Debian.

Hardware problems are very hard to fix without the hardware at hand, so
it would be very problematic for random Debian developers to fix such
issues. What we can do is make sure that it is as easy as possible to
fix this issues for the people that do have the hardware and the will to
make it work.
