The day when the NM people are eager to integrate DM into NM, they can
discuss with the DM committee (it shouldn't be too difficult, they are
part of the DM committee). 

I'm sure the DM committee will cooperate, it looks composed of a majority
of reasonable people.

I'm sorry but I think that the lack of involvement from the NM people in
the DM discussion is not only Aj's fault and it's a bit harsh to come up
afterwards and ask DD to say no to a principle that you're not even
opposed to.

I want to say "yes" because I think it's a good general direction. I don't
care that much about many of the details that are given in the GR (and
they are meant to be changeable precisely because of that, it's something
new we don't want to be blocked by lack of experience) and I'm sure that
all the people involved in NM and DM can work together afterwards if the
DM concept is accepted by the developers at large.

Care to elaborate why?
