In voting systems with a quorum, an invalid vote increases the number of cast votes and thus makes it less likely for an option to reach the quorum (which is expressed as a percentage). Please correct me if I am wrong. In the Condorcet system, I guess voting equally for all options has the same effect. Or maybe not, since I may also add to the quorum as the vote is valid. -- Please do not send copies of list mail to me; I read the list! .''`. martin f. krafft <madduck@debian.org> : :' : proud Debian developer, author, administrator, and user `. `'` http://people.debian.org/~madduck - http://debiansystem.info `- Debian - when you have better things to do than fixing systems NP: Porcupine Tree / Coma Divine (Disc 1)
